THE PROCESS

1. Give JB Caravans a call and we will arrange for a free estimate to be done .
2. You will need to forward your estimate to your insurance with your claim form.
3. JB Caravans will be given the go-ahead for the claim and will order the parts required.
4. Once parts have arrived we will phone you and arrange your caravan to be booked in to our workshop.
5. Caravan completely repaired and ready for you to be picked up.
